Very courteous and reliable customer service department, I had throughout the last 5 years really good experiences with every single advisor that has attended me when ever the car needs a work done after the inspection they make sure to send me video and call me to explain the work, they all have good communication, I really appreciate their transparency and prices. The manager Carlos also helped us and he was also a pleasure to work with. Our finance person was Alan, he was the cherry on top to our entire experience. He was kind, listened to us.
