Ken Garff Automotive Donates 7,600 Thanksgiving Meals to Veterans During Annual “Drive Out Hunger”

Ken Garff Automotive Group partnered with veterans’ organizations to “Drive Out Hunger” by inviting veterans and military families to pick up a free Thanksgiving meal during drive-through events across nine states during the month of November. Overall, 7,600 people received holiday meals.

“Drive Out Hunger is our way of giving back to those who have given so much,” said Brett Hopkins, CEO, Ken Garff Automotive Group. “We’re proud to expand this event across all nine states where we do business, allowing us to connect with even more veterans and their families. By providing Thanksgiving meals, we hope to express our gratitude and help make the holiday season a little brighter for those who have served.”

Each vehicle that came through the line at these drive-through style events received a tote bag with a frozen turkey and all the fixings – cranberry sauce, a box of stuffing, mashed potatoes, cornbread mix, canned corn and green beans, a roaster pan, pudding and a frozen pumpkin pie.
