The manager Carlos also helped us and he was also a pleasure to work with. Our finance person was Alan, he was the cherry on top to our entire experience. He was kind, listened to us. Had an amazing experience here at Long Beach Honda as always. Shawn helped me get a superb deal on my oil and transmission fluid change. Most notably, my AC wasn't working and he informed me that it is covered under extended warranty, and got that taken care of all for free. I had to replace the evaporator in my AC too, which was not covered, but Shawn helped me out and got me an amazing deal to replace it as well. Most amazing experience I've had from anyone working retail, customer service, etc. Jerry, Dennis and Antwone were awesome. Jerry and Antwone did everything they could to help us find something that worked in our budget. When dropping off our rental car, Dennis helped with our transportation, unfortunately we had a minor set back and he was extremely patient and understanding. Everyone here is amazing and I would recommend coming here.

Did give me a loaner car during my recall repair. Awesome! Advised me that my car would be ready in 4-5 hrs. Never called to tell me repairs would not be completed until next day. I would have spent my time differently. I called after 6 hrs. That's when I was told. Communication matters.
I like them a lot specially when it comes to do anything with my engine I prefer to pay a little more with them and not getting my car fix somewhere else and paying a lot more after. They are fast and they do an awesome job they always send me videos of the work they do to my car no matter what.
Antuon and Prince gave excellent customer service. They both answered the questions i had. I would recommend asking for them when you go visit the dealership

Just bought a brand new 2023 Civic Hatchback Sport. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was extremely nervous! My salesman was Prince, this dude was amazing!
